My work is shaped by a belief that people heal when they feel genuinely heard — not analysed, not fixed, but met where they are.
I trained integratively, which means I draw on different schools of thought rather than forcing one model onto every person. In practice, that might look like exploring the patterns and early relationships shaping how you feel today (psychodynamic), bringing kind attention to thoughts and habits (CBT-informed), or simply making room for what's tender and unspoken (person-centred).
Before training as a counsellor I worked in roles that involved holding people through difficult moments, and that thread runs through everything I do now — a steady, unhurried presence, alongside honest reflection.
